PC can only properly start during safe mode

I have this problem, I'm currently using windows 7 and everytime I but up in normal mode, NOD 32 Splash screen appears then the usual icons on desktop appearing.

The spash screen wont disappear and I can move my mouse but I can't click any icons. When ever I put my cursor near the task bar, the loading icon will show up. And I can't get passed this.

Sometimes I need to boot in safemode then restart to be able to boot in normal mode.

How can I fix this?

It means any third party software or virus is affecting your system do a boot time scan for virus or simply repair the windows.

If ccleaner is installed go to tools/startup and uninstall. Bottom right. Copy and paste both in here

I would also do a scan with adwcleaner

Run it click on scan wait for it to finish then click on clean. Wait for it to finish then reboot
