hello ppl,
i am having a prob with y pc. it keeps saying ur boot sector is missing, operating system not found, boot partition is missing etc. I tried everything re-plugging my HDD, re-installing my OS. It works fine when it re plug it but it shows one of the same prob every time i boot my pc 🙁 plz help.

one of two things first go into BIOS and check that your hard drive is in the boot order. if not either your motherboard, or more likly your hard drive is FUBAR

Yes, windows will run as long as there is enough space for the windows OS, that is 6.6 GB for windows 8/8.1 32-bit, and 8.2 GB for windows 8/8.1 64-bit. However, this problem looks like a failing HDD, or a malfunctioning motherboard (though this is less likely). Can you please install the free trial of this program:

http://www.hdtune.com/

and then run an error scan, like this:

click the 'start' button to start the error scan :)

Then post a screenshot of the result here , or just simply post and tell us the percentage of damaged sectors.
