Pc random shutdown :(

i5 760
Sapphire hd 7950
8gb ddr3 corsair vengeance ram
and Corsair cx-600m powersupply

The problem is i keep getting this random restart, it not a normal one the power goes completely out like a powersurge and then it would automatically turn back on
It wasnt happening for 2 weeks instead it wouldn't shutdown completely and you could see the fans are still on. I want to update my bios and reset my cmos but im too scared to do so.
Paying the shop isnt a viable answer because it costs so much and i dont have the money

under 40 C all the time i have a great cooler so

Power problems - psu. Download and run HWInfo - Sensors and post the results. It'll show me other stuff too.

You can turn off asus surge protection in the bios
