pc read sd card, phone cant

1. plugged my phone to pc > usb storage > pc can access sd card, delete/add files
2. phone cant access the sd card. "sd card safe to remove" always on notification
3. mount sd card works, but it auto unmounts and im back to #2
4. happened before, fixed accidentally before, and i believe a corrupt file in SD card is the cause.

i was able to accidentally fix it again. i deleted a few more files and it is now good. this is just weird to be honest.
