Recently I just built a new computer with all new parts. Specs below. Occasionally it will just lag and stutter when I try to do basic tasks such as moving a window on the screen or selecting an option as well as when I open programs such as chrome. I used to have issued with kernal power bsod and it would randomly restart when gaming, but I think I have fixed these issues. Also when I open programs as soon as I try to use them they become non responsive. When I open premiere pro I have had driver warnings for my GPU even though I'm pretty sure I am running the latest driver.

Specs
AMD A10-7860k Radeon R7
16gb Ram
AsRock FM2A78M
1 Tb Seagate Drive (Os boot drive)
250gb SSD (I run premiere pro off this drive)
ASUS STRIX GTX 750Ti Oc 4gb

Thanks for the help.

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Do a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- First is to open Device Manager and uninstall the Nvidia graphics driver.
- Next is to uninstall anything related to Nvidia in Programs and Features.
- Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- Do also set Nvidia as the default GPU.
