Hey forum-ers,
I have a couple little problems that I need assistance with.
Recently I purchased an ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0 and a good old Phenom 960T processor to overclock and possibly unlock (?). I managed to get the 960T running at 4 GHz by changing the max multiplier to 18.5x but anything higher than that gives me a bluescreen.

I like the 4 GHz But i really want 4.3-4.7GHz or an unlock which I can not figure out he life of me (on this board). It is not overheating as my heat-sink is a cooler-master hyper 212, I am using the Turbo V EVO Program to overclock if that helps.

Thank you for any advice :D

You should try to re-set the values in the BIOS itself rather than through software, and did you check on the Asus website or the motherboard manual if it supports core unlocking?
