I don't know if that would be a lie that he is saying because he has
stuck with that story for quite some time now. If he does have a
non-disclosure agreement of any sort, it would not be in his best
interest to expose the details of it.

He wouldn't have a non-disclosure agreement unless he dealt with their
legal team, and he would not have dealt with their legal team after only
using them for a couple of weeks unless they were attempting to sue him.
While it is possible somebody might want to sue him, I doubt it is
anything more than an attempt to not answer questions. He used to not
answer at all and change his name constantly. He has stuck to Robert M
for quite some time [until recently when he starts up his supporting
identities]. He did that because of pressure and the fact that he
received no audience for some time. So, rather to continue to not
answer questions, again, something he is still accused of doing, he
attempted to deftly side step it by citing a non-disclosure agreement.

Add to the above fact that Phillip is known to lie ... his history
soundly proves that he is a liar and it is very easy to conclude that he
is lying yet again!

I for one can speak out that their customer service was GREAT this
weekend. I recently ported my numbers over to Verizon, mostly because
of a phone offer that I wanted to take them up on [and Arrowhead
coverage in Minnesota]. Well, it turns out that Verizon did not cover
many areas around my home very well at all (lots of static durning a
thunderstorm as well that never happened with any other provider).

So, I brought the phones back this morning after a successful port back
to Sprint PCS (took all of 4 hours for both phones). I called them back
after a visit to costco to pick up two Sanyo 8100 handsets and again
they were wondeful. I think the total wait time for all three calls
today was about 3 minutes [TOTAL!] and all questions or issues were
resolved on the first try! I was even called back when my land line
phone battery went dead and we were disconnected.

Mark my words, in the near future, JD Powers will not be saying bad
things about Sprint PCS customer service, but I suspect that Phillip
still will be.
