phone's rooted ?? not properly rooted ?? or not even rooted ??

my brother bought a brand new lenovo s939 and idk who tried to root the phone and it has SuperSU and Kinguser installed and that messed up the phone, I tried to use google play movies but doesn't work check the root status some says its rooted some says its not (apps) can I restore this phone without losing all the contacts and other personal data ??

If you have rooted your phone you should better ask someone in your class or someone you know to help you.

It's really hard to tell how to do it.

I didn't root the phone, in fact im new to android.....did some google searches and found out what supersu is and I want to get rid of it. Most apps don't work properly on his phone.

Idk need to know who rooted it.
It is rooted.
You should search on youtube ''unroot ''mobile name'' ''
Or reset your mobile.
