Question Ping appeared out of nowhere

I left the flat for the holidays, I was playing online FPS games just fine but since I came back, I have had constant ping that just came out of nowhere, I don't understand, it was working fine before. I live in a 9-story building so there is a lot of different wifi that can affect it but it was working fine before it doesn't make sense
