Planning to buy 2.1 Subwoofer Speakers

I am planning to purchase a 2.1Subwoofer Speakers.. I have done a lot of research and zeroed on two Models Philips MMS6060F and F&D F380X... Now can anyone pls tell me which one of these two models is better???
