Solved! Plasma to ROKU

Hi, I have an old Hitachi plasma screen tv and I was wondering if it was possible to connect a Roku Express Streaming player to it. Does Anyone have any experience with this?
I have tried a 3 RCA to HDMI lead and that doesn’t work.
I’m thinking of trying a Scart to HDMI but I would probably need a powered converter maybe?
There must be others out there with the same problem?

If plasma has no HDMI (unbelievable but OK) then use the Roku Express+ with the analog AV out.

Btw, There doesn’t seem to be any of the Roku Express Plus available in the UK right now. The streaming stick Plus is the only one I can find and I don’t think this one works with older TVs?

A passive cable won't convert HDMI digital video and audio to analog video and audio. You will need an active converter. Converters work in one direction so AV to HDMI won't do HDMI to AV.
