PLEAS HELP ASAP - wireless will NOT detect

Won't connect to internet

I went to 'control panel'
I went to 'network and internet'
I went to 'network and sharing'
There is NO option for 'manage wireless networks'

I typed in 'wireless' in the search bar to search my computer - nothing "wireless" shows.

What do I do? Please help!!!!!!!

It has wireless - usually the icon on the right-side bottom of the task bar comes up with the three curved lines (wireless icon) but it is no where to be found and it is just a computer connection icon now.

Model: Toshiba satellite C55t-C5300

My wireless won't work and idk how to enable it or fix it!

Please tell me how!!!
