Asus E202S wont start up. Stuck in enter pasword screen. Can't type anything. Only cursor is moving. Can't select.

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to do a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try logging in again.
- If the same problem will persist do try logging in to Safe Mode.
- While the laptop is booting up, repeatedly press on F8 until it loads Advanced Boot Options then select Safe mode.
- If it will let you login in Safe Mode I would suggest doing a System Restore.

- But if it will still not load in Safe Mode I would suggest contacting ASUS support first about password related concern.
