Please Help Me To Choose A Laptop

Hi everyone, I'm new in this forum. I'm from Turkey and really need your help. Recently trying to choose a laptop, finally narrowed down my options but I can't decide between two laptops. First one is:
Lenovo Ideapad 330S-15IKB
Intel Core i5 8250U
8GB Ram
256GB SSD
AMD Radeon 535
And the second one is:
LENOVO IdeaPad S145
i5-8265U
8GB Ram
256GB SSD
2GB-MX110 Nvidia
Problem is even though S145 is cheaper I can't see too much difference between them. In fact, looks like MX110 is better than a Radeon 535. Also the first one is freedos but the second one comes with Windows 10. It will be the first laptop that I will buy with my own money so I'm trying to be picky but I don't know much about computers. One of my friends recommended this forum so here I am. All helps and comments are much appreciated!

Since neither is for gaming, get the S145.
