Please help me

Okay I didn't even have to use a app that I downloaded I just moved applications to my SD card on my hydro Kyocera. But none-the-less my memory on my internal storage keeps getting to the point of full. I even move some of those applications that came with the phone to my SD card and it's still giving me a full reading to where I can't download any more games and I don't have that many and I have 13 gigs left on my SD card and less than half a gig on my internal storage way less. What the hell can I do so my internal storage doesn't get full when I'm not even putting applications there? It's really pissing me off almost to the point of this phone is garbage

Is the phone rooted? Or did you somehow get it to upgrade to "Marshmallow"?
