Solved! PLEASE. HELP ME.

The problem: Laptop Randomly Powers Both ON and OFF , I have tried everything I have read in forums but still having this problem daily

laptop is : dell lattitude E6230

I have run bios diognostics nothing hardware or else flags

I have FULLY reinstalled Windows 10 , I want to just write this off as a bad power supply unit but i bought a new battery and it still turns on or off randomly ,

i tried leaving it in sleep mode, it will only turn off and will not turn on

been beating my head to the wall as i repair and build desktops for fun and this is the first time i ever have had to make a forum please help at least tell me why it starts on and off randomly , it will turn on for no reason. it will randomly shut down even with a full battery plugged into ac I DO NOT understand



- I have also tried different power supplys and get an error message if that means anything?

Sounds like the motherboard is bad. You did not say what this error message that you get is.
