Please help. Nexus 4 stopped focusing

I got my nexus 4 about 2 months ago and all of a sudden my camera just stopped focusing. It was working fine before. I have done a system reboot and a factory reset even, none of these options fixed the problem

This is how it works, i touch the center of the screen to focus all you see is the circle move turn green and tell me that it is focused when it clearly isnt
A fix to this problem would be greatly apreaciated

Install camera fx from gplay and see if it helps resolving the issue if it does then get a copy of the camera apk from xda and install it as probably some camera update mixed it up.If camera fx does not work it is a hardware issue and you have to get it checked by your retailer
