Please help, vertical lines on both hdmi inputs

So I have this Hisense 39h5d tv and when I turn it on and everything looks and sounds normal. However when I connect an hdmi to connect it to my ps4 and when i turn on the ps4 white vertical lines appear on the screen. I don't understand what the issue could be.

Connect your PS4 to a different Monitor or TV. If the Problems still persists then your PS4 does have a faulty GPU

It qorks fine on other tv's. I know its this Hisense television because when I hooked it up to the cable box the same problem occurs especially on other input settings. When ever it's hooked up to an external device the screen has vertical white lines that make it look almost like a grid.
