Please i re-install windows xp sp3, and the windows says "no audio device" i have install realtek hd and realtek ac 97 but still when i go to sound and audio device, it says "no audio device" please help me to solve this problem.

Hi
You need the correct driver for your motherboard and windows XP
You either need ac97. Or HD audio depending on motherboard audio chipset

There are a few free programs to give you the info you need if you do not have the documentation and do not want to open the case and look at labels

Hwinfo32 for XP (64 bit version where appropriate). From Realix is one
