Power problem either related to laptop or charger

I have MSI CR620. Suddenly stopped working. Charger give exact specified voltage when measured with multimeter, but When I plug the charger into the laptop ,the led in the charger start blinking while no power goes to the laptop. I checked power jack of the laptop it is also good, no sign of short.
Kindly help me out. What do u think problem is related to charger or laptop.
I also checked charger with resistor and led it is stable in that case.
Logic board of my laptop closely no sign of burning or shorting.

is still think it's the laptop, you can try closer inspection - or easier, try another charger - easier to sort it out by testing another charger, compared to the other option... Did you try without battery?

Yes i tried without battery but still laptop doesnot get any power.. I haven't tried another charger. Looking to find

igf you cannot find other charger, try to load the battery (safely) in another device - maybe local dealer might help to find the issue - and i know how hard it is to find trustworthy and qualified local dealer :-/

I figure out the problem now need your help further. My laptop power jack - terminal is shorted to ground. What i need to do further.
