Preparing automatic repair loop

I have a acer aspire one cloudbook 14 and my laptop wont start whenever i turn it on it just says preparing automatic repair but then it says it failed i tryed everything reseting doesn't work either please i really want to fix my laptop

Have you try a hard reset, ? Remove batttery, unplug from power and then hold the power button for about 30 seconds. Insert battery, plug in and try
