Hello: Is it correct that all notebooks are printer compatible, but all netbooks are not printer compatible?

No both can be installed with a printer - means both can be use with a printer.

Yes, Deane is correct. So long as the netbook has a USB port and can be physically connected to a printer, it should work just fine. You also have the option of printing through a wireless network.
