Privacy error in Facebook

i am having a problem with FaceBook. I get one of two message:
Privacy Error...or this Page has been Blocked...why? I've done nothing wrong. Can anyone help I have tried my of the online so called remendies, but to date nada...Please help. I am using Windows Vista home premium ...
