problem connecting samsung smart tv with 5.1 active speakers using 5.1CH HDMI Audio Extractor Decode AC3/DST to 5.1 Amplifier

i have samsung smart tv 4k ua55mu6100 and 5.1 ch active speaker. i want sound from netflix movie out to 5.1 speakers. i buy 5.1CH HDMI Audio Extractor Decode Coaxial to RCA AC3/DST to 5.1 Amplifier Analog Converter and i connect tv (hdmi(arc) port) and speakers using it. but no sound out.did not hear anything. i try 3 hdmi cables but no sound.

ps. i try connect android box with tv and speakers it's ok (see movie with android box)

what should i do? please help me

ARC isn't usually turned on by default. You do that in the TV menu. You sometimes have to turn the TV speakers off too.
If the TV has a digital audio output you could have used that instead of HDMI-ARC. No disadvantage and you would not have needed the additional extractor.

how to turn on ARC? in my tv menu no word ARC

is it anynet+ (hdmi-cec)? it already turn on

Samsung TVs support ARC (Audio Return Channel) function via HDMI cable. ARC enables the output of digital sound using just an HDMI cable. However, ARC is only available through an HDMI (ARC) port and only when the TV is connected to an ARC-enabled AV receiver.

i'm not sure this meaning arc can only be use with ARC-enabled AV receiver!!
