how can I convert a analog coax video in and RCA jacks into something my new samsung HDTV can inter face

Err i think it best u state the exact model of your TV so we could determine what audio outputs it has to better advice u ^^ If my guess is right and your TV only has optical/coax out then a DAC would solve this
