Hello. I bought a new laptop yesterday (ASUS X555U) and when I play music (or anything) I notice it was too soft, and realized that the System Sound is loud (pic below). I updated the Audio Driver through Device Manager and its doesn't work. I turned off the "Loudness Equalization" and set Realtek HD Audio Manager to set to Default Setting. But nothing work.

How do I fix this. Really appreciate it.

Solution
Hi,

Try adjusting just the Sound level of your Laptop.
- Right click on the speaker icon on lower right hand corner and select Playback Devices.
- Once open, right click on Speakers and select Properties.
- Click on Levels tab and toggle the level of the volume to 100%
- Next is to click on Enhancements tab and remove the check on Disable all enhancements.
- Click Apply and OK then test it once again.
