Problem with display on notebook XMG A723

After about 2 years of usage of my XMG A723 17.3", the monitor just sort of gave up. Whenever i tilt the screen it goes all red/green with dots and lines. When i plug an external display everything is fine so i guess it won´t be a graphics card problem. There is one position in which the display is fine.
What can be the problem?
