Problem with laptop hard disk

Hello. Could someone help me. I have ASUS T100TA transformer. The keyboard is with 500 GB hard disk. Suddenly (maybe it would be after updating but I am nor sure) the computer doesn't find my hard disk with all my files... It doen't even show it, instead of it, it shows the icon like for the CD. What I should do to reach my files in hard disk? Thank you.

so no dard drive seen, correct. is this the specs for your transformer? https/www.asus.com/2-in-1-PCs/ASUS_Transformer_Book_T100TA/specifications/
how old is it as maybe still under warranty?
