problems choosing a laptop

hi, i can't decide which laptop purchase, so i accept help and sugestions, I will use it for college tasks and some games, for any other sugestion, a have 400$ in the pocket

Speeds would be close for each of them, the i5 may be a bit faster, but Acer is generally lower quality that ASUS. I'd go with the first link. None of them will be very good for games.
