I have Norton but just found out I had over 1,000 malware files on my laptop. So what are the best (1) protection and (2) malware detection and removal sources? Not being very computer literate it's all chinese shorthand to me so very simple instructions please! lol

After many years of failures, Microsoft have finally got Windows Defender right.

It make s sense that they get to hear about attacks on their software and they'll fix there anti-virus to get rid of the threat before phoning John McAfee, Peter Norton , the Czechs or the Russians. Defender gets fixed first and the others have to wait until they discover the threat themselves.

Just my £0.02.
