Yeah, because VR has severe limitations and most people have gotten bored with the technology already. AR is what we should be focused on and small, lighter, wireless headsets, not this old tethered approach.

AR is not even remotely close to being usable except in trivial cases, and won't be for years.

But I agree about tethered equipment, the PSVR2 should have been wireless, and the whole thing just looks clunky.
