Purchasing a laptop

I've decided to purchase this laptop:

However, I have read that people have problems with Sager laptops overheating and damaging essential components. Now I don't really know what a "cooling compound" is but I would assume that it would help the device from over heating. So my question is whether I should get the more expensive cooling compound or not.

There are always people who have problems with their products(no matter the brand).So get the laptop,and if you had overheating problems with it,get a cooler.
