I was trying to convert dynamic disk to basic using partion wizard , but when the system restarted it displayed PXE-E61 media test failure check cable no boot device found

That message means you screwed up your boot disk. The system tried (and failed) to boot over the network. PXE boot is a type of boot used for diskless devices and virtual machines.
