Quad core computer under $400

CAN I GET A DECENT QUAD CORE COMPUTER FOR UNDER $400 OS DOES NOT MATTER, AND I DON'T WANT TO BUILD MY OWN, I RUN CAD THOUGH (2 GI RAM OR MORE, I BELIEVE) WHAT IS THE BEST OPTION FOR ME?

For that price, you would likely have to look at a used computer.

I doubt you'll get a new one. You can get some good deals on used and refurbished PCs. Craigslist and Ebay are also some good sites to scan for deals.

Try not using all CAPS.
