Ram or gpu - laptop choice help

I have a few laptops in mind
By the way, I will not be upgrading the laptop so please give me an opinion of it not being upgraded.
Laptop 1: medion akoya p6643 (£489)
Pros: Good processor, good gpu (gt 740m)
Cons: Only 4gb ram

Pros: cheaper price, good gpu (gt 740m)
Cons: Bad cpu, only 4gb ram

Laptop 3: medion akoya p6635 (£429)
Pros: cheapest price, good cpu, ok gpu, 8gb ram
Cons: OK GPU (gt 630m) not as good as laptop 1 and 2.

Laptop 4 medion akoya p6637
Pros: cheapest price, gpu (gt 635m) slightly better than last one (gt 630m), 8gb ram
Cons: slightly worse processor than last one this one only has a core i3.

I might just that these laptops look hard to upgrade ram

From the first one:
Total RAM slots: 2
Used RAM slots: 1


It appears there is an empty RAM slot. And usually, it's just a cover on the bottom over the space.

Ok then do you think it is worth to pay for the £449 one with a core i3 or pay £489 for the better core i5
