I’m considering buying one of these two laptops
- ASUS ROG GL702VS core i7-7700HQ,16GB RAM, 256gb PCle x4 SSD + 1TB HDD, NVIDIA GTX 1070 8GB (better graphics card)
- ASUS ROG GL703VM core i7-7700HQ, 32GB RAM, 512gb NVMe SSD + 2TB HDD, NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB (better RAM and storage)
But I don’t really know which would work best for me since I’ll be using it for rendering, using programs such as Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator... Please help!

RAM is better for rendering (according to Adobe), if you want something overkill go for the 32GB option, the 1060 does well almost everything (4k, VR, rendering, etc).

If you are not going only to render (like play games for example) the 1070 option isn´t bad, BUT only if is in the same price range than the overkill 32GB.

Final conclussion: rendering needs much RAM, and the renders weight a lot.

Greetings and sorry for bad english

ram would be better but it also used more cpu resorces so you would want a better cpu, and both of those laptops have the same cpu
so i would go for the 1070 IF you need that much power.
