Random internet ad opening virus

I recently installed a modded apk on my phone because i didn't want to pay 5€ for an app but when i installed it it didn't show an open button and neither there was an app installed. Since i did it, randomely my internet opens and shows one of these ads like "free iphone". But whenever i do a virus scan, nothing shows up. Anny help?

Go on youtube and search up a tutorial on how to boot your specific phone in safe mode to which you can then go on, uninstall the modded apk, download an app like CCleaner, run a clean, and then power off, and simply turn on your phone (Or you may have to repeat the steps to disable safe mode).
