Range fully remote pc app?

Hello, im în need for a software or a way to fully control a pc from range (not on same network) .
Means i wanna set it în sleep , hibernare even shutdown if posibile but start it and control it from other pc. Timeview does well but I can't set it in sleep and start it back.

Or maybe 2 apps 1 to start and stop pc from range and than I ll use TeamViewer if I can set permanent pw and id

These days, TeamViewer is considered one of the best remote control applications. As for waking up a remote PC from sleep, the router there must support such a functionality (it's called "Wake on LAN".

Most PC BIOSes allow for PC to be turned on eg every day at 13:00 (if it's fully shutdown). You can use Windows Scheduler for waking up from sleep.
