Razer Electra Bass.

Hi, so I own Razer Electra headphones, bought it around 4 months back, and now my left speaker's bass totally not functioning. What could be the case? The right speaker works just fine. I tested them on my laptop and my smartphone, both played with no bass on the left speaker, so it's not the plug. Thanks for answers.

If You haven't Tampered with them i would contact Razer with the problem and also make a sob story from it and also contact the company that you brought it from as they might be able to do something for you and also have you dropped them or whacked them as that might have an effect on if you can do anything.
