RCA Galileo pro 11 reset problem

I did a factory reset on my rca Galileo Pro 11 tablet because of how slow it had became and it says to sign in with a google account that was previously synced on device. When I do this it tells me its unable to sign in to device do to unforeseen error and to try another account or wait 24 hours. So I tried 2 other accounts that had been synced on my tablet with same result. I waited 24 hours n tried again, still no luck. Please help n thank you.

The only account that will work is the original account that was first on the tablet. There is no way around that.
