RCA Galileo Pro forclosing on all apps

My New out of the Galileo Pro 2-in1 tablet keeps forclosing all apps. updated everything on play store and checked for system updates. everything is up-to-date, but still forcloses on every app i have. about the only thing i can do is get on chrome. cannot check email or anything without shutting app out. anyone knows how it can be fixed??

If it is brand new and doing this, contact the seller about having them replace it with a working device, as no new device should give you problems. If it is past the exchange date, then contact the manufacturer.
