RCA to HDMI

Have a Direct TV standard box D12-700 and a Dynex TV 720p (3 HMDI ports). Trying to figure out what is the best cord to get for better picture quality.

There is not a good one. Your box only has analog outputs. You describe your TV as having HDMI inputs which are digital. There is no good connection. Get a HD Direct TV box with HDMI out.
