Can I use any micro usb to charge my Rca Viking pro tablet. I have one with a 5v adapter. Will it hurt my tablet to use it???

No as the standard is for 5 Volts. Go ahead and use it but turn the device off as early usb chargers will not supply enough current to run the device and charge it at the same time.
