Hi there!

Im planning to put an SSD on my laptop which is 2 months old. I have a couple of questions regarding this.

Currently, it has an 1TB HDD(os intact) and im planning to put an SSD for my Asus k501U.

Is my laptop capable having both HDD and SSD? If not, should i sell my HDD?
Will I void my 2 year warranty if i replace the HDD to SSD?
What affordable SSD can i get in the market today? Suggested brand Around 250-500gb.

i believe the laptop should support m.2 ssd.there is a small slot for it on the laptop.

Hello guys,

Here is the scenario, I bought a laptop that has 1TB, windows 10 which has a recovery intact with it.

Now that im planning to buy an m.2 SSD for my laptop K501u ASUS. Can i install the windows 10 in my sdd using recovery intact? Or any otherway to put a the free O.S to the SSD?
