Looking for glasses that can show the video image from a tablet or kindle in the glases for boo reading. Anything like that out there?

Haven't seen any for about 10 years. The trouble with the ones from then is that you're trying to focus on text that's less than an inch from your eyes, cue eye strain. Things like Google glasses allow you to focus through the glass rather than on it. You'll probably find some Chinese firm on the net that's selling something like your description.
