I tried everything, reinstalling, looking in control pannel,... I followed many different ways to get it but without any success. My Motherboard is ASRock Z370 Pro4. I use windows 10 pro. I installed Realtek version from motherboard site Realtek_Audio(v8323_FF00), however, I tried many different versions too.

Also sound is quite lower quality than using same headphones (3.5mm plug in) compared with my old pc (Sabertooth z77, Windows 7 with working Realtek audio manager). On windows 7 Realtek Audio Manager is popping up as soon I plug in headphones, however, it does not happen in windows 10 on ASRock Z370 Pro4. I can't find it in control panel too.

Thank you in advance!

Hi sometimes. It appears in different name. Like asrock audio, gigabyte audio. And other.

So search by typing audio. And open your audio manager and turn audio jack plug in popup.

Ok I manually uninstalled Realtek and installed recommended version, after which I found Realtek Audio Manager in control panel. However, after testing all the options there it not improved sound quaily at all.
