Realtek HD Audio Manager Headset microphone Help

Hi, I have one headset microphone (Beats pro) connected to a spliter to have the microphone Jack and the headphone jack on my computer. My friend can't really hear me, but he hears everything on my computer. The drivers are updated.

Try testing the headset on another device. If it works fine then it has to be the 3.5mm port. Which isn't shocking. If that is the case, you can either look into having the port replaced which may/may not resolve the problem. They can be very issue filled. Or you can get a 3.5mm to USB adapter and connect through that, which should resolve the problem.
