Mine is better, it hasn't locked up since I e-mailed them. It is strange
they changed the firmware 2 times in one month so I thought that might have
something to do with it.
Hopefully there isn't a problem with the receiver (2 months old), although I
have seen some comments where some folks weren't happy with the Samsung 360.
