Recording sound

heya all. how do i record sound that's being played on my computer without a microphone. dad is using that microsoft sally (what ever her name is) to read text and he wants to record what she is saying.

i use this sound recorder and set the input device to Stereo Mix and you can record anything that is beeing played on your computer
