Regarding dual graphics in my laptop

hello guys
i have saw many solution to my everyday laptop/internet problem on this site and i think all the contributors are doing a great job as to provide this type of service for free 😀
so here's the thing
i got a 2 year old hp g6 2302ax laptop
i installed GTA V recently and it runs smooth but there's a problem with graphics
inside the graphics settings in gta it shows 512MB RAM which is integrated with the amd cpu
as other laptop my laptop too have 2 GPU
internal GPU 512MB (AMD RADEON HD 7420G)

external GPU 1GB (AMD RADEON HD 7600M)

i already configured GTA5.exe to high performance in switchable graphics setting but still GTA show 512MB only
also i got the latest driver from AMD site as when i downloaded the driver from HP site i didn't got any switchable graphics option on the desktop
so guys please help me out as i think that 1gb gpu dead
is there any way ii can test weather or not that gpu is in working condition
